“Well what can I say I insured through Bennett's last year around this time for my moped so was waiting for the renewal. The renewal came approximately two weeks before which gave me time to have a look at what they were going to charge and see if I could get it any cheaper elsewhere.I looked at all the comparison sites and some of the well known main insurers but Bennett's were by far the best and it was easy to speak to a friendly voice who could run through everything before I paid a penny. I am a very cautious person so need to dot the i's and cross the T before spending money.I always shop around as like many I have been caught out by having the renewal from my current insurer be ridiculously inflated forcing me to change.I can honestly say that not only did Bennett's find me the best insurance with everything included but at a great price. You can always get a cheap quote but then find yourself having to pay extra for the normal things that are expected. If they can do the same next year its going to be a great relationship as I am very happy to show loyalty to a company that seems to do its best for its customers and not stitch them up to make a quick buck.Finally you can only really find how good your insurers are when you have to make a claim but so far I have no issue reinsuring with them year after year. - Keep up the good work!”

“on the whole good company very good value excellent telephone manners down side sent renewal and i got email sated was nt good enough for my 7years no claim discount all they have to do is follow up thru the company as it was thru axa who they have put me with again .just need to be bit more understanding and befor sending emails making there own enquiries thank you . but still great company ..”

“Excellent company I bought a moped to go to work on and just one day later decided it wasn't for me after 40 years in a car I phoned to cancel the insurance and knew there was a cancellation fee to pay but it was waivered without even asking. Very friendly and helpful staff.Many thanks will definitely recommend you and if I have the chance will use you again.”

“Received my renewal from Bennetts. Â£50 voluntary excess mysteriously appeared this year. Took several days of attempted calls to finally get through to an operator to have the voluntary excess removed and check policy details. Otherwise no problems.”

“Vey very very poor customer service. Rude arrogant and scammers. Tried increasing my premium saying they did not receive my no claims bonus which was sent 6 times. People on telephone very rude. Stay away.”

“Usual annual internet search for bike insurance brought Bennetts into the equation. Had a close look and found that the cover provided was what I wanted at a really good price. Very easy website to navigate and all completed in a matter of minutes. I will definitely be looking at them again next year.”

“Having had 'bikes' for 50+ years and needless to say ''several'' insurers not until I 'joined' Bennetts did I actually find an insurer who not only does what they say but are also very competitive with their premiums. Of course there are many ''options'' in the market place but before you 'plump' for the 1st one you find shop around and where ever possible read the small print.Most of us wrinkly ''wheel ee ers'' probably do less mileage than we used to do and given the congestion on our roads you really have to keep your wits about you. I regularly 'trawl' 250 miles each way to Mums be it weekdays or weekends and the weekend tin toppers seem on the whole to be half dead or half alive given the dumb things they seem to do! Given that not all bikes 'automatically turn the lights on' so be it day or dark run your headlight and as this does over time slightly reduce the brilliance so change your head light bulb regularly.Another 'cheap' addition are the small LED's that can be easily mounted and wired up and they dostand out be it day light or dark. These also work on the front's of sidecars so Mr Blind as a bat should be able to see you better.If you 'work' on the basis that all 'tin toppers' are blind or half blind use full main beam headlight when running day times.Have fun out there and keep the black bits pointing downwards-ish!Frev T'Upsidedown Tyke some where in Yorksha!”
