“Received my documents this morning having renewed the policy automatically with the new policy starting yesterday. As advised I checked the statement of facts and saw that I was still shown to be in full time work. I retired in May. I duly phoned Bennetts to inform them of this and it was updated. For this update I was charged 32 quid for administration. I think that is outrageous and I'm livid. When the policy expires next year I will not renew with Bennetts and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.”

“Absolute rubbish service from Bennetts. The 0800 092 1587 number not answered after 2 attempts. Money to be taken from my bank account when automatic renewal not authorized by me. No sign of any insurance certificate in the post.”

“I phoned up to ask about adding a new bike to an existing policy and was told it would cost Â£170 odd. I phoned up to add it and was told I needed to talk to renewals and put on hold. I went online and found I could get a separate policy for Â£80 or so - quite a difference. I now have 3 separate policies for 5 bikes but no-one seems to want to talk to me about consolidating these into a single policy.”

“I'm totally fed up with insurance companies who win your business with a cheap first year quote on the assumption that they will be able to sucker you into a second year renewal with a 20/30% increase. Not so with Bennett's - their first year price was competitive and the renewal price was lower. What a refreshing change.”

“If you want effectiveefficient and economical insurance cover then it has to be Bennetts.Everything about the way they manage their service is first class. That includes a clear well put together web site or queries over the phone.Bennetts is the Heinz Beans of motorcycle insurance. That is there are many products out there but Bennetts are the best.”

“Been scouring for bike insurance for 2 weeks had some ridiculous prices and some really guid ones. It came down tae three and yin o them lost oot because I tried and tried tae get through tae them but it was wait and wait so after 5 mins. I said sod it so they lost oot so then it was a choice between Bennetts and another yin I can honestly say I was going for the other yin but when I went through their system and it came tae paying I noticed that I was getting charged more than whit it originally said. So they fell by the wayside and I was left with Bennetts which just goes to prove that I got the best yin in the end and I'm really happy wae the price I have paid. Just tae let you know I rarely stay with the same insurance company year after year so hopefully come next year when it's time tae renew Bennetts will send me a very good deal.”

“Bennett's renewal was a few pounds more than the lowest quote I got through 3 comparison sites and 2 other motorcycle specialists. However this is offset by the very good value 'extras' for a small amount more that offers RAC EU cover inclusive. As a Eurotourer this means a saving of Â£100s compared to purchasing separately (a quick comparison of breakdown cover will illustrate my point). It also means I don't have to do anything to know I will be rescued in the UK.I also like that common-sense mods incur no additional cost or requirement to declare.”

“charged me twice for insurance when I enquired I was told it had been refunded 2 weeks later I called them up asking where my money was. I was told it must be a problem with my bank. called my bank who said the money had never been sent.joke of a company who I will not be re-newing my policy with next year.”

“Bennetts indurance offered me everything and than my previous insurers for approx Â£100 less !! Customer service was great. Very pleased and would recommend anyone to give them a call. This was not the cheapest quote I received but it included everything I wanted and by far the best value for the money”
