“Received my renewal quote. Checked on a well-known comparison website and found Bennetts gave me the best offer ... but FAR LESS THAN MY RENEWAL QUOTE. So I was able to buy cheaper as a new customer than as an existing one. What a farce. Then when I clicked through from the site to Bennets website it let me go through the whole palaver of filling in the form but then when I tried to checkout it kept repeatedly defaulting to monthly payments when I wanted to pay in one lump sum. Nightmare! So I had to call and waste more time going through what I had already done online. Get your act together eh?”

“I think the insurance is a good price. However I was disappointed that we could not pay monthly through my wife's bank account which you happily took a full years payment from!! I understand your meaning behind it but you sent me a letter saying you were going to do this what would have happened if my wife and I were no longer together and you'd took the money from her account?? I do not have a bank account and haven't for a very long time and being out of work the full payment has wiped us out this week.... I think the company policies need to be reviewed giving more options..”

“I'm glad I've gone with a reputable insurer this year. I got a cheaper quote elsewhere last year. But their renewal process was so unprofessional I wonder if I was even insured for the last year!It's so reassuring to be with a professional organisation again!”

“It has been a while since I have owned a motorcycle and needed insurance for one. However on compairing various offers from various providers I decided to go with Bennetts. The reasons are that I had heard of Bennetts before and found the website easy to use and clearly laid out - most if not all the questions and required details had explanations or clearly defined pararmeters. The fact that the website had no issues such as failing or crashing shows attention to detail that makes me feel that the cover that Bennetts will be the same - a comfortable feeling to have.”

“Got covered and saved Â£150. The cover from Bennett was improved from that offered by the previous broker. The most amazing part that the cover is with the exact same insurance company. Great service for bikers from bennetts”

“Yes was happy with quote and cover on line easy to follow and use choices of extras not to bad not sure if there should have been more for choice on cover for pillions ie ridding clothing etc !Over all happy though Regards Mick Sutton”

“Been with Bennetts now for a second time round. Got a new policy on an S1000XR however I had to phone back 3 times before they could get the policy correct and they take ages to answer the phones. First time they got my address wrong my street name twice which is probably not the end of the world. Then the value of the bike was Â£10000 less than what I told them. Then the purchase date said Apr 2012 for a brand new bike on a 15 plate my previous bike I had with them was purchased in April 2012. Phoned them again then they said the premium would increase now because the underwriter gives discount on how long you have had the bike is it not common sense a brand new bike on a 15 plate could not have been purchased in 2012 :) ... They did scrap the Â£40 increase in the end though. They were also not the cheapest but since I had been with them already it just saved a bit of hassle .. or maybe not !”

“Bennetts were the ONLY insurance firm online that stuck to their quote when I used a price comparison website. Everyone else (that I tried) added a further Â£40-80 after I went through the "buy now" process. I thank Bennetts for their speed of service genuinely fair customer service and a very very good quote. I am a new scooterist and hope for many years ahead with Bennetts.”

“Having been a biker for over 20 years I've owned a number of motorcycles. Had some periods in life when I've been without a motorcycle but I am always impressed with the very competitive quote / service from Bennetts they are a motorcycle insurance company I return to time and time again.”
