After trying all the comparison sites I discovered Bennett's. Better cover and they understood that it was not safe to force a new rider to drag a heavy chain around on a bike. Saved me a few bob as well. Great service

Great price and fairly simple if you can navigate past all the attempts to get you to spend more on extras.It took me three attempts to pay in full as pay monthly was default. After changing it to annual I had to decline again and again extras which I did not want ask for or need. Helmet cover added almost 50% extra to my 1200cc bike insurance quote for example!!!I hope Bennetts will also remember we are not stupid and make are next renewal as competitive as this years to avoid the constant shopping around required now we live in a world where customer loyalty counts for nothing.

Used Bennetts last year used a search engine and they were the cheapest for the amount of cover that i required in fact no-one else was close.Renewed again this year using a search engine found the cover i needed for £125.65. Then i realized that they had automatically renewed my policy for £170.74 (exactly the same cover as the £125 policy). Rang up and spoke to Ifran who was very professional and more than helpful he sorted everything out including my NCB.Cancelled the £170 policy and kept the £125 policy they now have yet another satisfied customer who will no doubt renew with them again next year.Tony

Excellent price at least 15% less than the nearest rivalonly criticism would be the time it took to get through to an adviser however once through the customer service was very good

have just renewed a bike27/06/15 I had a lapse of not using my bike due to illness and had not any insurance from jan 15 but the bike was not insured at all i had a letter from dvla stating that it was not on their data base so i cancelled the insurance they said they did not insure scooters not my fault but because of the lapse i have been informed by bennette that my no claims start back to zero I haven't any paper to proove that i had 11 years no claims but bennetts would know i had this has cost me another £65 not happy at all.

So easy I got a quote for the bike before I went to see it liked it bought it payed for the insurance on line in a couple of minuetsit was done did the same with road tax and was able to ride my new bike home such a simple easy transaction thank you.

Very disappointed this time aroundCannot understand why it was not possible to remove one bike from my policy and add another To be told the criteria was that I hadn't owned the new bike long enough seemed laughableThe charge of £20 admin for removing one bike was also cancelled after me complaining So new policy taken out on my new bike cannot have any no claims attached I know the difference in the premium was only minimal but what choice did I have

What a great start the insurance company change me twice now i have to spend money on phone calls to my bank to prove that they charge me twice of the money and again call them back to try to get my money back and by saying spend money in phone calls because I work and have to make phone calls from my mobile phone not happy at all

came back as they were the cheapest the only problem was i received a letter saying your insurance was running out but i had already started another policy seem left does not know what right is doing a bit stressed by this happening......

Took my money and received a note a few months later that I am not covered by their insurance as I did not provide Compulsory Training documents in time. Have not yet received the Money I paid in full for full year cover more than six months later. Calls I dropped each time I call.

I cant compare bennetts to other insurance brokers because I cant remember the last time I went with anyone else. When I have to renew my insurance I do shop around but bennetts have always given me the best price and when I did have to make a claim it was so straightforward.

I was very disappointed that while attempting to apply for insurance online I was unable to find my occupation from the list that you offered. I chose one in order to complete the form. The following day I then telephoned you (at a premium rate) and was left hanging on for what I considered was way too long. But then wheres the rush to answer a phone when a customer is paying while waiting to speak to someone. When I finally spoke to an operator and explained that my occupation was not listed she suggested an alternative. I then asked her to send me an email outlining the conversation we had just had. Should there be a question about it in the future. I was told that she could not do this. I then asked if my confirmation on my no claims entitlement had been received I was told that it took several days. I asked if I would be getting an email confirming my entitlement and was told that I would have to GUESS WHAT? That's right I would once again have to ring in to find out. Yet another call at premium rate at my expense.When looking to renew my policy this year I thought long and hard on who to go with. I had cheaper quotations than the one I had from you but chose you as I wanted to go with a name that I was familiar with. II am beginning to regret this decision.

Have dealt with Bennetts over a number of years. Good price and excellent service. When I had an accident the response was fast professional and efficient with no hassle. Would recommend anytime.
