“Great price and easy to arrange online”

“This is a difficult review for me as initially my review would have been very poor. My Wife kindly bought me a brand new scooter a Yamaha Tricity 125cc let me say right at the start that this bike has three wheels two at the front one at the back like the Piaggio MP3 range. I got a good online quote for a Bennetts policy so I rang and spoke to a gentleman who after taking all my details going through all the spiel that insurance people have to go through he then hesitated and put me on hold came back about three minutes later to tell me my scooter although learner legal had been deemed by some mysterious department as needing a full licence as it was a 'Trike' I tried to explain that trikes had two wheels in the back and mine were at the front I even quoted from Bennett's own book which defined a bike like mine as a motorcycle but he was having none of it by then I had been on my cordless phone so long the battery gave out. This was when my luck changed I rang back and spoke to a fabulous lady called Kelly I explained what had happened and we both checked the Bennetts web site for their own definitions and she got me insured straight away. I worry that I can have two different experiences from the same company and feel its a gamble on who you get through to. Thank you Kelly you're a marvel!!! not so sure about the company though.”

“Was with you last year then renewal came in and just left it to automatically renew . Never normally have any issues with insurance companies . But was bit shocked when I recieved letter saying that my policy called and spoke to rep and had to arrange new policy so hopefully no more problems”

“Well just brought fully comp policy fo 353.38 for a 2014 honda nc750xa with tons of extras and several mods not the cheap for basic fully comp quotes 192 with bike sure but with all the accessories and mods helmet and leather breakdown cover with the RAC and legal wit personal accident i am well impressed had a couple of errors on the policy no probs sorted straight away where great on the phone after so rather stessfull conversations with a previous insurer was impressed just hope they can keep the premium sensible when up for renewal next July:)”
