I looked around on comparison sites and couldn't find anything cheaper than my insurance renewal . Shame about the high hcompulsory and voluntary access costs and the fact that leather and helmet cover does not cover the real cost of rebuying the actual kit. Otherwise it was a fair purchase.

Would recomend bennets insurance to anyone wanting bike insurance resonable rates and great cover this is my first time and was recomended to different insurers but found bennets suited my needs.

I received a letter advising I did not renew my insurance policy I understood it was a tacit renewal.Anyway not having any insurance cover for a few days I contacted your company and renewed over the phone.It was not a good experience your staff member was very good though and I have no issue that he had to do what he is instructed to do.In short I was not sure if the call I made on your number is charged to me at a premium rate however the process of getting to someone who could help then listen to the details of the policy being read out was very very time consuming and possibly costly.My question is how can someone take in all that information etc you present over the phone and remember it in detail?Surely by sending a electronic or hard copy policy document key facts ASAP is more appropriate so us the customer can read it properly and make a considered decision?Your employee kept stating it is a legal requirement to do so is it so?I also misread a number on my speeding fine in 2013 as the number was in the fold of the paper document it should be SP50 not SP30I tried to email this fact but was advised by return email to call again so I have to repeat the whole process again?

Very very expensive. Another year with no accidents or claims and bikes worth less money. It renewed automatically as I had no time to get quotes elsewhere.

I phoned Bennetts thinking I had my bike insured with them ( I was wrong ). Despite my error the guy on the phone was super helpful happy to give me the quote I had called about and infact that turned out to be a great price was sorted out on the phone in about 10 minutes and I had a copy of the certificate emailed to me within 30 minutes too. Brilliant service and would def use and recommend

Good Customer Service is hard to come by these days but the lady I was dealt with was very jovial & helpful. Couldn't fault her at all!

Odd. A bad experience trying to swap bikes on cover due to a claim the original insurance company refused to cover me. The bennets advisor found me a new deal with a different insurance company at a reasonable but more expensive price and cancelled my original policy.It then transtpired he made an error with the quote and then the price doubled. This was now unacceptable but my original policy was now cancelled. I had two bikes on this policy and now have two bikes with no insurance i could have just cancelled one if I had known. The supervisor fobbed me off and I need insurance quickly. So try out the comparison websites. The best one was bennets at the same price as the original price.I lost out on six months premium through this.Check this out it's true.

After being insured with Carole Nash for over 10 years here's what has just happened to me. It is a copy of a letter I have posted on my social media to warn others:BEWARE CAROLE NASH ‘RIDER COVER’ SCAM: Carole Nash are lauding the new free addition to all their policies the so called ‘Rider Cover.’ It is on their main webpage: http://www.carolenash.com/ and when you click on it for further info: http://www.carolenash.com/rider-coverI received a renewal notice from them which also made reference to it. Imagine my surprise when I renewed with them and received my new documents via email today. The new certificate states that I can only ride the motorcycle defined on the certificate!I phoned them to query this and was informed in a very matter of fact way that not all insurers they deal with include this Rider Cover!My previous year certificate stated that I was entitled to ride other motorcycles not belonging to me on a third party cover basis. So not only was I not getting the free rider cover as advertised they had actually REDUCED my entitlement!I very occasionally may ride a mate’s bike. I dread to think of the consequences had I not noticed this issue if I had been involved in an accident on somebody else’s bike. My family would be left with no financial support and indeed would very likely also be sued by any third party.The way Carole Nash is acting is totally outrageous. I will be writing to the insurance ombudsman about it. For the time being if you are insured with them check out your entitlement!-----------------As a footnote Bennetts were substantially cheaper as well.

My experience of calling customer services was not good the first time I called and the person I spoke to was not able to deal with a change of address and told me I would have to talk to another department then cut me off!When I phoned again I spoke to Syringa who was an absolute joy to talk to. Probably the best customer services operative I have ever contacted. I can't speak highly enough about her pleasant manner and helpfulness. This woman should be promoted! I spent nearly 45 min on the phone to her all for an increased premium of less than £20. That phone call could have been so much more stressful but thanks to great customer service it made me feel happy to stay with Bennetts.

Probably a biased review because I've not had bike insurance anywhere else but I can't see anyone else being able to beat them. Excellent advice service the whole package.

This is a difficult review for me as initially my review would have been very poor. My Wife kindly bought me a brand new scooter a Yamaha Tricity 125cc let me say right at the start that this bike has three wheels two at the front one at the back like the Piaggio MP3 range. I got a good online quote for a Bennetts policy so I rang and spoke to a gentleman who after taking all my details going through all the spiel that insurance people have to go through he then hesitated and put me on hold came back about three minutes later to tell me my scooter although learner legal had been deemed by some mysterious department as needing a full licence as it was a 'Trike' I tried to explain that trikes had two wheels in the back and mine were at the front I even quoted from Bennett's own book which defined a bike like mine as a motorcycle but he was having none of it by then I had been on my cordless phone so long the battery gave out. This was when my luck changed I rang back and spoke to a fabulous lady called Kelly I explained what had happened and we both checked the Bennetts web site for their own definitions and she got me insured straight away. I worry that I can have two different experiences from the same company and feel its a gamble on who you get through to. Thank you Kelly you're a marvel!!! not so sure about the company though.
