“TerribleVery difficult getting through on the phone. i originally took out and paid my insurance starting 15 april but your records never processed it. first i knew i had a problem was when i was told bike not insured. it took an hour on the phone to sort it out in the end cancelling the current insurance and taking out a new one.”

“Nice people - poor value insurance this yearMy renewal came in when i tested the price against price comparison site i found that i could save 60-70 % by going elsewhere When i spoke to bennetts this morning by cancelling and requoting I was looking at about 60% less than my renewal with the same underwriter on the same terms.Pretty disapointed clearly loyalty doesn't pay Nevertheless the guy who dealt with me was very helpful and despite me being 1 day into the policy cancelled it.”

“Very good most of the time. My advice to anyone is to avoid the automatic renewal option because this can lead to problems. I had one instance where I chose not to accept the automatic renewal quote because the increase was excessive and instead started a new policy on line (as advised to by Bennetts) A cheaper price yes but then all those letters telling me I was no longer insured by Bennetts because I had effectively not renewed my old policy. I found great difficulty convincing Bennetts that I was still insured through them as all that had happened was that i had a different policy number. In future I just want a renewal notice which i will renew or not. Spare me all the nonsense please.”

“Quote was fine service when "eventually connected" was fine too - But - it took THREE DAYS ( 3 1hour+ attempts) get someone to talk to me for an issue which involved money being automaticaly being taken from my account. Bennets could do something to help unemployment figures by employing a lot more staff !! Managed to get through to 'new buisness' numbers without any problems every day.Not good enough.”

“Excellent insurers and easy to deal with. No bull just straight forward cover that is very competitive. Although they could do a lot better at renewal times and not just send out over priced quotes. Would be very helpful if they looked at other alternative cheaper quotes prior to you calling them about the new policy increases. This would make people be more loyal and stay with them.”

“A very painful and disappointing experience - I never received a renewal notification just a letter saying thank you for choosing Bennetts and we've taken Â£243.95. Normally after receiving a renewal letter I like many others start to shop around for a better quote but never had the chance this time. I phoned and talked to a chap called Wayne he said it was my resposability to know when my insurance is due and not Bennetts I appreciate that however I don't write down dates such as insurance as I wait for the renewal notice which I never received. So I cancelled the policy losing Â£20 - I then went online searching for a new quote and found a like for like quote for Â£101.87 from a company called you got it Bennetts....How many unsuspecting customers are you doing this to???? Thank goodness for social media to help get the word out.RegardsJason Hardwidge.”

“After trying for days to renew my policy with my old insurer who did not even reply to my e-mails and the phone no: no longer was in service or valid. Just for the record they were one of the big bike insurers. I got fed up and one of the quotes I received was from bennetts not the cheapest bust the best value for money with all of the additional benefits included. The service was great and very fast thank you”
