“By ensuring my touring motor cycle for a very reasonable premium on my return to motor cycling after many years away. My happiness died away because a later error on part of Bennett's has left me out of pocket. I put a cherished number onto my motor cycle and when I rang up to make the change I was charged an admin fee there and then. I did not object to this but the a telephone call told me that the sum had been added to my premium paid by direct debit. As yet - in spite of the promises made that I would be reimbursed in about 7 working days I am still waiting three weeks later.”

“Within a few days I got the insurance for my bike via internet. Final questions were answered via telefon. Very flexible and cooperative. Now I can enjoy riding my bike immediately.”

“Good customer service on phone, when I managed to reduce my insurance by £40 from the renewal quote. Lucky I called because the renewal quote was too inflated. Had I not decided to call, I would not have continued with Bennetts based on the renewal quote given.”

“Having two bikes shouldn't make it hard to get an online quote. For most companies it seems to be beyond them. With Bennetts it was easy to do and they provided a very competitive quote. Will be recommending them to my biker friends.”

“I was a bit disappointed as my insurance for a 1000cc was less than a 900cc 5 years older. When I had a quote to put it on my existing policy for 10 months it was £100 dearer. I don't understand the logic?”
