“The online system for a quote os great for a single motorcycle but throws a conrod when asked to cope with a multi-bike policy. The good news was that a human voice was quickly reached via a telephone and made a friend for life with his patience, politness and eventually a 'tailor-made' policy for my 3 bikes. Some seriously useful extras were added on, at a bargain price, but the final bill was far less than expected so I just had to say yes and go back to work wearing a very big smile.”

“I have had various policies with Bennetts and still insure my rsv4 but recently insured my old 350lc but decided to sell the bike, went to cancel policy and ended up paying near the full amount in charges after only a few weeks of having the policy, I was shocked by the that's the way it is attitude from the adviser I will certainly be looking elsewhere in future for insurance on my motorcycles”
