“I have had Bennetts for 12 months with automatic renewal which was fine when the 12 months was coming up I received a letter informing me that my insurance would be automatically renewed and that I didn't have to lift a finger which I thought was great.After a week or so I get a letter informing me that my insurance was due and to contact them.As I was told in the first letter that I Need not lift a finger I disregarded it thinking It was a duplicate or an oversight on there partFive days after the expiry of my insurance I checked my Bank statement to be sure that the new premium had been taken and I was surprised to see that it had not This means I was driving with NO insurance for five days! Bloody good job I never had an accident or was stopped by the police. Last time I go with Bennetts that's for sure.BE WARNED !!”

“Changing to a new bike whilst still having the old one (up for sale & therefore needing an overlap of No Claims Bonus) was much more difficult than anticipated & seemed new to the agent. I've done similar with my car in a couple of minutes but this took ages!”

“just insured my new bike tried twice to do it on line then phoned office who told me problem with website but fixed know tried again to no availit then took 1hr to get insured over the phoneonly to find the problem i had in april my own fault i thought insurance had lapsed and insured it earlyspoke to bennetts and they assured me the new policy i had taken out was cancelled which it was but failed to tell me they had also cancelled the existing policy meaning ive been running about all summer uninsuredill think twice before insuring with bennetts again”

“Just great to speak to UK call centre staff who offer good honest customer service rather than a forced americanised version & staff who know the difference between an end can & a tail tidy - are all staff bikers?????”

“As my insurance (with you) was due for renewal I tried in vain three times. Each time I entered all my card details and pressed 'pay now' I was advised there had been a 'time out'Eventually I gave up and insured with Principal.”
