“Poor costumer services. Not sure if they are UK call centres as I constantly talked to foreign people. After 6 attempts to try and explain finally got to talk to jade who understood me. Supervisor was suppose to call me back twice but never before I finally talked to jade. Price on bennetts was more than comparison website ( not happy at all ). Will I use bennetts again? No unless they get there selves sorted.”

“1st class and having used a comparison site for insurance quotes and then accepted each and then had to fill in all the extra details required I found this one to be simple and easy to complete. Great that most things were presumed that a bike would probably or most definitely already had as standard so saved lots of time.The call centre was called just before I accepted my quotation as had a question and was connected quickly staff very polite and friendly answered questions accurately and took over the process and finished off my insurance for me within minutes. No badgering or waiting anything else just that I was satisfied. Having finished my documents were emailed instantly even though they said could take up to 24 hrs but were plain and easy to understand and probably the best I have ever seen. They was an exact copy of if they had written to me in the post which I felt was a good personal touch.I will now once all my insurances expire whatever they are change to Bennetts Insurance.Totally delighted and would highly recommend.”

“Very easy to deal with. Miles cheaper than any others even the comparison sites. Very efficient service and good value bundled add ons. I have insured with lots of brokers but Bennetts are one of the best out there.”

“Went through every imaginable site to get comprehensive insurance for my 1997 Yamaha XJ900S Diversion and nobody came close to Bennett's. Yes some companies will give it to you cheaper but if you want leather helmet personal accident cover etc. you have to pay extra for it. With Bennett's everything is included so why shop anywhere else especially with the great customer service as well. Will never go anywhere else.”

“I have had Bennetts for 12 months with automatic renewal which was fine when the 12 months was coming up I received a letter informing me that my insurance would be automatically renewed and that I didn't have to lift a finger which I thought was great.After a week or so I get a letter informing me that my insurance was due and to contact them.As I was told in the first letter that I Need not lift a finger I disregarded it thinking It was a duplicate or an oversight on there partFive days after the expiry of my insurance I checked my Bank statement to be sure that the new premium had been taken and I was surprised to see that it had not This means I was driving with NO insurance for five days! Bloody good job I never had an accident or was stopped by the police. Last time I go with Bennetts that's for sure.BE WARNED !!”

“Changing to a new bike whilst still having the old one (up for sale & therefore needing an overlap of No Claims Bonus) was much more difficult than anticipated & seemed new to the agent. I've done similar with my car in a couple of minutes but this took ages!”
