“Had to cancel my policy within 14 days as the cover was not right for me. They charged me Â£27. Not so good eh?”

“Got a quote sent to me in a letter. Went on confused.com and got a better one (Â£30 less). Rang Bennetts and they beat the online quote by a pound. Why not give me the best offer in the first place and save me ringing up? Same game every year.”

“They are cheap for a reason they will rip you off when you only need to change a number plate details! I have a policy which only cost Â£60 and had only 4 months to run and they wanted to charge me Â£30 to change the registration number that's all. It wasn't worth it so had to start a new policy and loose the NCD and the company wasn't bothered one bit!!”

“Like with all insurance shop around at time of renewal. Bennetts gave me best premium package and I get emails for free breakfasts at participating rider friendly cafés. Good provider that considers riders needs.”

“The premium for the same bike alters with every inquiry its best to get the quote online much better value for the same cover.Try removing the voluntary excess it made no difference to my premium. In the end a good deal.”

“I was insured with Bennetts last year and I did go on some comparison websites but by the time you've added on the legal protection and equipment protection etc they just don't match up! Excellent service as I was changing bike as well nothing to much trouble!”

“I joined the local Bloodbike charity and duly informed Bennets. They made an adjustment to my premium of a few pounds which was fair enough and then charged me a Â£30 admin fee. Total bill came to about 25% of the cost of the premium. I cannot see the justification for such a fee.”
