“I joined the local Bloodbike charity and duly informed Bennets. They made an adjustment to my premium of a few pounds which was fair enough and then charged me a Â£30 admin fee. Total bill came to about 25% of the cost of the premium. I cannot see the justification for such a fee.”

“I've been a customer of Bennetts for some time now insuring 3 bikes with no claims whatever & a full NCB however this could be the last time I use them as I didn't receive any renewal details in the post or by email first I new about this was finding the renewal had been taken from bank account with an increase of Â£120.00 upon telephoning them I was told they could cancel with full refund but couldn't explain the increase & would not give me an alternate quote. My advice pay by cheque or if you do pay by card make sure you tell them to remove details from their computer.”

“Very easy to get a quote and buy direct from the website the "package"of additional extras at a discount bundle price ie helmet/leathers cover and RAC cover is a great idea and well thought out hopefully I will never have to use it but the "proof of the pudding " will be if I ever have to. In the meantime fully deserving of five stars Kind regards Chris V.”
