“not the cheapest for my new r1 but a good policy for a little more moneyDO NOT CALL OFF A MOBILE they take at least 10-15 minutes to put you through resulting inan average price of a call at Â£15 !!!!! either get some more staff or lose the expensive call charges”

“I have decide to insure my bike with Bennett's . I was having a bit of difficulty getting my no claims discount off MCE . spoke to the staff at Bennett's who sorted it out for me . they have been really good . will recommend them to all my biking buddies. thank you”

“Motorcycle insurance.I received a paper renewal notice a few weeks before renewal date quoting around Â£197. Afew days later I received a second letter quoting around Â£320!When I rang and spoke to a human she quoted me around Â£160. This was pleasing to my ears but also raised concerns about the previous quotes. I had set up a continuing direct debit the previous year. Could the raising of the premium as renewal time came closer be a deliberate attempt to boost profits by hoping I would just let the direct debit accept the larger amount? I find this hard to believe but can think of no other explanation for the varying prices I was quoted.However in the end I was happy with Â£160 something for two large motorcycles.”

“I have been a customer with Bennetts for 2 years now. Last year I purchased a brand new Triumph Street Triple R with ABS and insured it with yourselves. I stressed at that time that my bike was the ABS model and after much checking I was told I was covered. This year I received my renewal email quoting Â£177 as the renewal price at this time I noticed my bike was recorded as a Street Triple R (no mention of ABS). I phoned the renewal desk and agreed to renew my insurance with yourselves but also pointed out yet again that my bike had ABS. You can imagine my surprise when after checking the girl told me I was now expected to pay Â£244 for my insurance. I have since paid it but I'm not pleased that this oversight went unchecked with your company.”

“Although not the cheapest having been with Bennetts for a number of years they're easier to deal with than other companies. Being bike savvy they know what you're talking about and will always try to do thier best in a pleasant manner resulting in better cover for the same money.”
