“Really can't fault the service of the people I spoke toMy only gripe is the cost of cancellation during the term oft insurance.Although a multi bike policy I was unable to add a 250 trail bike to my existing policy on my Honda VFR800.On reflection though the policy I got on the trail bike was very competitive.After what seems like 15 years with Ebike it was good not to have to pay a premium rate phone line to speak to somebody.”

“Very disappointed with Bennetts this year - Renewal Timing for me was difficult due to Business Travel abroad so I missed "continuous" cover by 2 - 3 day. The Re-Visit (new quote) to my Annual Insurance was then Â£40 more than the previous "Continuing Customer" quote. Nonsense for 2 days lapse ..."we can't access the lapsed Quote" / "we have to requite now even if only a few days later"! Nonsense Nonsense Nonsense! Peeved.”

“Left my insurance to renew automatically but I hadn't realised my card details had changed so ended up being uninsured for a week - was informed by post rather than text and when I did renew the premium had gone up by almost Â£40.00. Very unimpressed!”

“I have again insured my motorbike with Bennettsi have compared other companies and although some are cheaper Bennetts alway seems to me to be better valueand as such a large company it gives me "peace of mind" should i need to claim !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“SAME AS LAST YEAR!!! No communication between the commercial team and the internet site. You try to sell me insurance at Â£300 when I have bought a policy on the internet at Â£215 for exactly the same cover. Is it incompetence or doubtful commercial practice?”

“Bad communication regarding payment at the start of the policy what ended up costing extra cash also an absolute nightmare for any modifications,nearly an 100% on my insurance for having renthalls fitted,I will be going elsewhere at renewal time”

“A bit disappointed really I always use bennetts I got a quote on the 20th march for Â£59.70 brought the bike put in for the insurance to start on the 11th April it had gone up to Â£79.90 ? bit of a joke really when I thought the quote was good for 30 days? they wasn't the cheapest but like I said I always use them”

“Iv been with bennetts for about 3 years nowthere only 2 problems I have with themfirst is they always send a dear renewal out but if you go on comparison sites there the cheapest and best on offersso I wish they would sort that outsecond is every time I take my insurance out a day later I usually get a email saying if you buy your insurance with us you get a free muck off cleaning kit but so far iv missed out every yearOther than those 2 issues I'm a happy customer and will try and stay with bennetts as long as I can”
