“A very comprehensive package of cover at a reasonable price. Helpful advisers and efficient service; never had to make a claim though. Wish occasional continental breakdown/recovery cover was included or available at a reasonable price.”

“Great price and service the first year but when the renewal came for the second year they doubled the premium even though my circumstances had not changed at all. They tried it on by suggesting my policy would renew automatically and not to worry because that they had searched their systems for the best price. When I called them for a better price it came down to a more realistic price in an instant. My advice is don't get caught out with the automatic renewal process I believe it is a Insurance Brokers tool to take advantage of repeat customers. Very disappointing but most companies do the same so keep moving your business to ensure you get the best prices available.”

“I was looking for a multi bike policy this year to save having 2 renewal dates and to try and save money. Bennetts on line quote was easy and came out with a good price. Other company's needed to be phoned as soon as you mention more than one bike. I would recommend A+++++”

“I moved away from Bennett's a couple of years ago by the lure of cheaper insurance only to have my renewal premiums dramatically increased by Swinton Bike's I tried to discuss the increase with Swinton but they didn't want to know. Having moved my policy to Bennets I bought another bike and asked to change my policy to a multibike but unfortunately this wasn't possible. Rather than insist on cancellation charges and try to rip me off the helpful lady at Bennet's cancelled the initial policy with a full refund and then reinsured both bikes cheaper than Swinton's wanted for one. Fantastic and helpful service just hope its the same when its time to renew next year.”

“I returned to Bennetts after my previous broker managed to get my premium renewal increased because of a no fault accident where I'd been sideswiped at a roundabout. Bennetts managed to get me a better deal with the same insurer. They consistently come out with close to if not the best price but the real deal clincher is their customer service. Very helpful friendly people in a UK call centre. They understand bikes and I understand them. What more could I need.”

“Very unhappy with the service so much i have cancelled this year.I had my renewal quote which was 3 times any others i got & wanted to explain this to someone over the phone at Bennetts. I was in phone queues for ages & had to give up on the call even at quiet times of the day.I have now gone elsewhere as i was unable to speak to someone.Very poor experience from a quality company such as Bennetts.I expected better. like for like quote was Â£460.00 compared to Â£140.80. Really is a no brainer.”
