“Excellent insurance provider. My second successive year with Bennetts and although I didn't receive my reminder a quick call is all it took. Then I found that my premium had dropped without me having to phone and haggle...A pleasant suprise !!!! Well done Bennetts customer service. I will gladly recommed your excellent approach to customers need and requirements..............”

“when I sold my bike I informed bennetts and was told I would get a £90 refund then it went down to £75 but then they took £50 off me for cancelling my insurance and I ended up with £25 , what a joke never again”

“My renewal quotation was an increase of some 60% on the last years price and with no convictions or any alterations to my previous details I queried the price. When I was put through to somebody who could actually help the price dropped dramatically. ALWAYS query your quote because you never get the best deal initially”

“Didn't like the way the voluntary excess was added to renewal quote which was taken off when challenged. Also the basic breakdown cover is pretty pointless. Should take a look at Carole Nashes policy that allows you to ride other bikes fully comp like it used to be years ago as we all like to have a go on each others bikes. Only chose this policy because I won't be riding abroad this year but if things stay the same with Bennetts will probably go back to Carole Nash.”
