“Quote and sales proves were slick and easy to deal with but then had a phone message to call back. This was ok but still took 10 minutes of queuing and transferring on the phone.”

“Very good except the following: 1/ no information given to me on how to use the Recovery Service if needed2/ purchased insurance via 'compare the market.com' but you haven't informed them of this so Ihaven't received my free gift (a toy Meerkat). Sort it!”

“Will never use again poor service will not recommend to anyone biker for 18 years worst insurance I've ever had to deal with I even cancel policy within 24 hours now have to fight for a refund”

“Last Friday I rang your help line to let you know I have changed address and was told the insurer I was with will not insure me at the new address even after I explained I had only moved 2 miles away and my bike was still in a locked garage at the new property.I have had to cancel my policy and start a new one from Friday with a new insurer .I also had to wait on hold for 28 mins to speak to an adviser.And all this was just to update my details.”

“After a 4 year break from motorcycling Bennetts was by far the best quote for all the services I wanted like helmet and leathers cover european breakdown cover legal etc. I don't think you can get better anywhere else. 5*”

“My experience with Bennetts has been excellent I think bikes need insuring with a dedicated bike insurer and Bennetts are that I have been with them 4 years now with no problems for the last 2 years My premiums have reduced this last one by 12% the renewals have been done automatically without a hitch.Fortunately I haven't had to make a claim yet and hope I never do.... But I hope they would be as good with that side of insurance as they are with the restKeep up the good work”

“First time with Bennetts and based on the experience maybe the last . Site would not accept payments and had to phone 3 times to try to fix it first guy really helpful but second one (twat) says will phone back and did not resulted in wasted afternoon and early evening and unable to use bike next day as I had no insurance. Third guy was not much use and was put into waiting for an advisor line that I never got to Ended up spending more to pay by credit card and paying for 3 legnthy calls. unlikely to renew with”

“I was dealt with by George in "referrals" . There was a problem insuring my bike due to its age ? George was excellent sorted out the problem and through his advice I was able to use my no claims discount from my previous insurers even though it was a classic bike policy which normally doesn't attract NCD. Very impressed.”

“I have been with your sister company Dial Direct for six years. Your service is brilliant compared to theirs. You answer the phone e-mail contact was very quick with the follow up policy details. The price for the policy was superb and the package offered for the money was way better than other companies.I should have come here years ago.Cheers”
