“Very happy Great price and cover The online quote system was very easy to use and the fact that bennets cover most of the usual mods us bikers do is brill much less hassel very happy :)”

“Be betts have always priced me very well in the past to my current bike wouldn't think of going anywhere else bennetts are my first and last choice and the best value for money as you get so much included for what you pay just renewed with you and look forward to many more years of biker passion”

“Good company helpful staff and a great web sight. Unfortunately this week I managed to miss my MoT test appointment waiting 45 minutes on the phone trying to get through to someone to change my bike insurance over. Also think their Â£32 fee for changing any details on the policy is eye watering. Another aggravation though not entirely their fault is that every time I want to change the bike on my insurance policy I am told that the underwriters won't quote for my new bike even when it was on the policy a few weeks earlier. Having said that the staff do try and sort things out usually at a reasonable price. Still with them so they can't be that bad.”

“Over the last month I've requested a hard copy of my insurance policy on several occasions by 3 e-mails and a telephone call and each time l have been told they would be posted to me within the next 7 days. As l send this review l have received nothing l am not impressed at all l doubt very much l shall be using Bennetts bike insurance again. Maybe someone who reads this e-mail could help but l won' t hold my breath.”

“Plus points - Good experience on phone setting up the policy great advice from three different calls to the call center going through the legal stuff was a bit tedious though overall well pleasedVery bad - took several days and numerous e-mails to get European contact numbers for Bennetts & RAC in case they were needed while in Europe!!! You can't call 0800 or 084x numbers from outside UK!!Other insurers like Direct Line MCE Carol Nash etc. have this information readily available as a one pager that is sent with the within the policy certificate & schedule documentation that you would take with you to Europe!! Would have been 4 maybe 5 stars if it were not for this!”
