“I tried to sort out my bike insurance on-line but got into a right pickle! So the next morning i phoned the office and got through to Sonny who was extremely helpful and sorted it out for me. Thanks Sonny you are a star.”

“Once you actually get through to Bennetts the whole process could not be easier or friendlier. The lady who dealt with me was very polite and friendly and the deal went through very quickly.My only gripe is that it took ages to be connected through to Bennetts. Perhaps they were busy because they give such a good customer service. I intend to renew with them next year !!”

“i have been locked into Bennetts now for a couple of years and it keeps on getting better!!!! it appears thanks to their auto renew process i have had two policies on the same vehicle for the last two year something i only spotted today when two DD payments went out of my account on the same daythere has been many calls to them in the last 12 months to sort stuff out cancelling auto renews etc but never a mention of the two identical policies!!!!be warned........ when its money going to them they are superb at doing it i will never trade with them again”

“The cover is good and the online set up is fine. However I was insured with Bennetts last year. When my policy was to automatically renew the paperwork said I did not have to do anything the payment would be taken from my card and all would be fine. On checking that no payment was taken automatically I contacted Bennetts only to be told the policy was not renewed and I should re apply on the website!!!!On doing this the same cover had gone up by more that Â£40 for the same cover on the renewal quoted on the paperwork why ??As it was not my fault the system did not automatically renew my policy on a credit card you should notify you customers. Or is this a "loophole in the system?Kind RegardsMr P Luxton”

“Good on-line system good cover at a fair price. Sadly no option in the on-line system to select the BMW manufacturer fitted (as standard to my 2014 BMW R1200 RT LE) alarm and immobiliser.”
