“A poor service from the off haveing been with bennets for nearly 10 years this year has proved difficult after phoneing to insure my new bike and to tell bennets my old bike is now sold they tell me that i dont actually have a policy with them!! had i been riding round all year with no insurance? so i take new cover out and pay in full then get told i do have a policy for my old bike which is now sold still running so now i have 2 policys and 1 bike if i had not paid in full for my insurance i would cancel and get the hell out of here this is the last time i use this company. poor poor comunication from people speaking broken english makes matters worse never again”

“HelloLike all insurance companies the annual renewal came round with an unacceptable hike in premium cost and the hope that I would just allow it to be automatically paid from my bank account. A quick phone call through to your agent soon dropped the price to less than it was last year which in my opinion is where it should be as I have not had any claims to make.Insurance companies Banks Independent Financial Advisers... you are all the same.Having said that Bennets still appeals to me as a biker because I am slightly gullible.ThanksPeter”

“Took out my first bike policy with Bennetts as it was the best value. Renewal notice came through the following year and I decided to shop around just to price check. The renewal was the cheapest still and provided better cover so was happy to auto-renew.”

“Easy quote via the online web site until I ran into a problem with it (not an obvious way to handle a Q prefix registration) - this was easily sorted by the call centre.Pleasantly surprised by the premium level.Now have two policies with Bennetts another motorcycle insurance due for renewal in April and I will be asking for a quote from you.”

“Amazing company cheap insurance and dealt with a 4 year refund I totally forgotten about no questions as to why I'd forgotten to request the refund prior by far the best customer service experience I have ever had I myself have worked in industries ranging from recovery to the railways and now in banking and can honestly say Bennetts and it's advisers are number 1.”

“No problems taking out the bike insurance on line had to call customer service to see if they received my no claims bonus the next day and they had by text which was so easy to do the nice man on the phone made a note that I called and was very polite the extras which you get on line once you have register are great....Free little Chef Breakie this weekend thanks to Bennetts. Great service so far...A big Thumbs up!”
