“I bought a Yamaha Tricity which is a 125cc three-wheeled scooter (Two wheels at the front) The first person I spoke to insisted I needed a car licence to ride this scooter, the dialogue with this clown went on for ages and, despite me quoting from Bennett's own terms and conditions and him going away and checking and coming back, he still insisted I needed a car licence. This went on for so long the power ran out on my cordless phone and cut me off. I rang back and spoke to someone else, when I explained what I wanted to insure and also pointed out Bennett's terms and conditions we got the insurance sorted out in about ten minutes, but if not for the battery running out on my phone I would have gone somewhere else. Not impressed.”

“Did my insurance on line they said I had one letter wrong on my reg, sent me a letter saying I could not be insured because there was no record of my bike, had to ring them and got this surly woman on the line and said thats what you get doing it on line you should have let us do it, with that she told me she was going to charge me for admin, so I kissed the savings I made on the net good by. So as they say BIER BE WARE”
