“Hi, simply don't use their service. They are broker, working with third parties to get the job done. The third party's service is horrible, very slow and especially 4th dimension(the company Bennets use to repair your bike) people and service is really bad. I choose Bennests because I thought they are the best, but they are not. I could have my insurance for half price but I thought it is worth to pay almost double price for the best service but they are really bad. In the end I get my bike repaired myself rather than waiting for months sitting in their garage (it was just a damage in the silencer and shock absorbers due to a slow hit from back). Without a bike I cannot go to work, they seem not to understand it. I'm only waiting for the end of the policy, will definitely look for someone else.”

“Trying to get my proof of NCD to these people was a nightmare. Despite sending two emails with scans of the document and a photo of the same, via their mobile phone method, I eventually got the "heavy" treatment saying my premium would be upped if I didn`t provide the documents. One extremely irate phone call later and they called their dogs off - having suddenly found the stuff I`d sent. So with only 2 days gone on my policy ,I found myself telling their operator that I wish I`d stayed with my other insurer. I`m not sure if Bennets realise that this type of inefficiency is counter productive?”

“I chose Bennetts, for my motorcycle insurance, after they were recommended to me. Purchasing the policy was easy but then the problems started. I e-mailed them a copy of my NCD from my previous insurer but their system failed to acknowledge this. I then faxed and e-mailed them a further copy. No response. They then sent me a threatening letter stating my premium would be raised by the difference between my quote and the premium , minus any no-claim discount. I faxed them and posted them a copy of my NCD. Eventually, it got sorted and I did receive an apology plus a £10 refund. However, no customer should have to face such difficulty in simply providing their NCD and then being threatened with a hike in the price. I will be thinking very carefully before I renew my insurance with them again.”
