“very good service on the phone when i cancelled a previous insurance (i took out a whole new one) and they refunded half of the previous payment id made not sure if cheque or put in my bank which i guess ill find out”

“Shame the original price I was quoted didn't turn out to be the one I paid...company was different ... and with all my voluntary excesses being doubled as well I wasn't thrilled. I have owned this bike for twenty five years and never made a claim...... does that tell you anything??? We are only talking a few pounds........ but they are in your favor not mine............ so left with a slightly uncomfortable feeling.”

“Bennetts had really good offer. Even if I wanted just motorbike insurance little pop up window reminded me to cover myself as well for really good money. I'm quite happy with that deal.”

“Bennetts were one of the top suggestions from Money Supermarket.com when I was looking to renew my bike insurance. While they weren't the cheapest they were significantly cheaper than my current insurance (eBike) and I didn't recognise the other cheaper providers. The staff were friendly and efficient when I called the confirmation email came through straight away. Hopefully I won't have to test their services!”

“I telephone Bennett direct as I had a previous policy and wanted a fresh quote for my new bike I gave my contact details and old policy number and it was confirmed I had 10 years no claims the cheapest quote came in at Â£400 I asked was that the best he could do and he said yes it was. So I checked go compare and after submitting my details the top 2 best quotes came back from Bennett's at Â£200 - go figure! I will give a 5 star rating for the cheapest quote but if I had an additional option I would rate the first quote as -1 star.”

“Recently took out a second policy for a second bike. Excellent quote completed all details on line but needed to speak to an operator to arrange start date. Discovered I could only used my 'no claims' on one policy resulting in my second quote increasing slightly.Will continue to stay insured with Bennett's. Quick efficient no issues immediate cover.”

“Initially my contact with the call centre was very good with excellent rates communication and service. However when I rang to add another bike I was quoted 3 different prices from the original. I was even told that "due to a glitch in the system" I would actually have to pay more than was due monthly and that I would then be refunded by cheque! Anyway to add a bike has virtually tripled my monthly payment - not best pleased. I recommend you shop around”
