“I'm insured and cheaper then others”

“A good price but when I phoned up to add my other bike, multi bike policy, I was told it was cheaper to insure individually? Your representative sounded very abrupt. Not keen to explain details, maybe having a bad day!”

“Happy with price obtained and also with staff spoken with who were extremly helpfull. Not happy with the fact even though i requested my card details not be kept on file i still received an automatic renewell with my card details on, the renewell cost was also very high compaired with what i eventually purchased.”

“Okay so last year's premium was Â£78. I pay monthly. I got my renewal through the post and was quoted Â£142 - a big difference. So I phoned them up and asked if they could move on that quote. After some thinking the best offer they said they could come up with was Â£118. Still too much I figured if I was paying Â£78 before so I decline and decide to shop around. Funnily enough the best online quote I can get is about Â£142 so now I'm thinking Â£118 doesn't seem too bad. So I call them back up and the lady says Â£142 is the best we can do. I say that her colleague told me this morning that Â£118 was the best they can do?She goes away and after a bit she tells me she's sorry she can't do it for Â£118 but they can do it for Â£88! So we've gone from Â£78 to Â£142 to Â£88.Ultimately I got a pretty good deal (although I'm not sure my premiums should go up as my circumstances haven't changed - plus I'm 46 for goodness sake!). But it does make you wonder what the 'actual' cost of your insurance is when they can vary their offers so wildly. Would I use Bonnets again? Yes but be absolutely sure that what they're offering you is the best deal they can otherwise you may be paying more than you should...”

“Yeah pretty straight forward had a renewal notice come through and it was a good price so I rang them up and job done ok I probs got it a few quid cheaper but it was no hassle just to go with the renewal offer.Happy chappy.!!!”

“Overall a painless process very good price great helpfull operator who arranged the policy all very cool. Only fly in ointment was over the NCD I'd stated 9+ yrs (knowing I'd had a run of over 20 years with no claims and mainly protected) but the proof doc only stated 5 or more years. First I knew was an email from you stating I'd ammended the policy and could I send a cheque for Â£24ish... Slightly upsetting as I'd only just bought the policy the day before... Apart from a frustrating phone call to you with a slightly short operator who wouldn't (couldn't) budge I then went back to previous company who very kindly sent a revised doc stating 12 or more which I have sent over. Your second operator (Shaun) was very helpful. Thinking about this an email saying what the proof stated and that there might be a charge if I couldn't prove the 9+ might have been a better approach...”

“I received my renewall documents and needed to check the details when I phoned everything was sorted out quickly and in a proffessional manor and fast. The gentleman on the phone was also pleasant and attentive. Will reccomend Bennettes to freinds .”
