“Good price scooter insurance. Fairly easy to do on line but kept directing me to monthly payments when I wanted to pay in full. Sorted in the end though.Bennett's are helpful by 'phone but pity it takes so long to get through to them.”

“I have renewed with Bennetts as they have once again provided the best cover at the best price they did not however make it easy I was trying to sort my insurance when I had some spare time but although I could get new quotes from everyone at 30 days Bennetts would not provide me with a renewal quote until 21 days before so I could not compare prices. Once I reached the 21 day limit speaking directly to Bennetts they would not match the price and type of cover I got from a comparison site for cover also with Bennetts and they recommended I use the website to get a new quote. Once again different deals and prices came up that did not suit and in the end I used a cashback site to keep the price down on a policy that is excessive for my needs. This sounds like a rant but it was mainly an annoyance and I have ultimately renewed with Bennetts and I would recommend them.”

“Have had a five year break from biking so lost all my no claims runs out after two years if not used so Bennett's offered the best price and included clothing/helmet cover and breakdown cover.”

“I have always been pleased with the value and service provided by Bennetts until I needed to transfer my insurance to another bike. I had 2 bikes both insured with Bennetts and I traded them both in for a new bike. Bike 1 had 11 months insurance left on it bike 2 had 7 weeks insurance left. I asked to transfer the insurance on bike 1 to my new bike. They said they could not (would not ????) but they could transfer from bike 2. Therefore it has cost me 2 administration fees and a total of Â£90 for 6 weeks insurance on my new bike. IT ABSOLUTELY STINKS AND I DO NOT CARE WHAT EXCUSES THEY HAVE TO JUSTIFY THIS SCAM IT SHOULD BE STOPPED. A few taps on the computer keyboard and a couple of mouse clicks job done and I thought solicitors were expensive. Of course if it was stopped prices would rise. I have compared the market and Bennetts are still nearly the cheapest so I may stick with them for convenience unless they don't want to insure me after this review. Of course it is not just Bennetts all insurance companies rip you off with administration fees. I am still giving them a 4 star rating because they do generally give good service and value although I can't comment about the claims procedure.”

“I recently renewed my Insurance with Bennets. There were couple of alterations I had to make and with a quick call got everything sorted out without any problem. The staff member I spoke to was very knowledgable and it was sorted out without any hassle or extra money being paid out. Well done Bennets. Regards from Chas.”

“Very good most of the time. My advice to anyone is to avoid the automatic renewal option because this can lead to problems. I had one instance where I chose not to accept the automatic renewal quote because the increase was excessive and instead started a new policy on line (as advised to by Bennetts) A cheaper price yes but then all those letters telling me I was no longer insured by Bennetts because I had effectively not renewed my old policy. I found great difficulty convincing Bennetts that I was still insured through them as all that had happened was that i had a different policy number. In future I just want a renewal notice which i will renew or not. Spare me all the nonsense please.”

“Excellent insurers and easy to deal with. No bull just straight forward cover that is very competitive. Although they could do a lot better at renewal times and not just send out over priced quotes. Would be very helpful if they looked at other alternative cheaper quotes prior to you calling them about the new policy increases. This would make people be more loyal and stay with them.”

“My experience of calling customer services was not good the first time I called and the person I spoke to was not able to deal with a change of address and told me I would have to talk to another department then cut me off!When I phoned again I spoke to Syringa who was an absolute joy to talk to. Probably the best customer services operative I have ever contacted. I can't speak highly enough about her pleasant manner and helpfulness. This woman should be promoted! I spent nearly 45 min on the phone to her all for an increased premium of less than Â£20. That phone call could have been so much more stressful but thanks to great customer service it made me feel happy to stay with Bennetts.”

“Was with you last year then renewal came in and just left it to automatically renew . Never normally have any issues with insurance companies . But was bit shocked when I recieved letter saying that my policy called and spoke to rep and had to arrange new policy so hopefully no more problems”
