“I am disappointed with budget and I am cancelling the policy and taking one out with Lloyds instead. I won't insure with budget again. You increased my policy even though I had never made a claim against the policy and my vehicle insured under the policy was not involved in the accident. My husband was driving another vehicle insured through Lloyds and the accident in July 2024 was not his fault.The claim was put through Lloyds not Budget.”

“Happy with my insurance quote, with a little exception. I have had no claims on this insurance and thought I’d ask before renewing about adding on my Son-in-law. During the original discussions the operator said it’s cheaper to add another driver. So i thought let’s get it done. Nooooo the price was more than double to add a clean driver. Not happy!!”

“Been happy until this year renewal and now not so much, will be looking at changing now pending quotes from other companies. This time I’ll be looking lots earlier. Unfortunately there’s no discount for loyalty anymore so must do the same.”

“Been with budget insurance for a number of years and been fine till renewal this year. I’ve had no claims but my premium went up stupidly. Got a quote from NFU which was around £100 cheaper so gave budget a call and suddenly it was matched 🤷🏻‍♂️. What’s happened to loyalty for insuring every year ? Same again next year I’m with NFU I shouldn’t have to be taking my time to get a better quote as a loyal customer 😤”
