“I don’t have to do anything only agree with the cost of the years insurance, what can be simpler than that. When I have had to contact budget I have always received excellent customer service and their knowledge has always been helpful. Thank you”

“Excellent renewal premium v competitor quotes. Worth phoning to haggle as got further reduction. Process smooth and customer service helpful. All docs available online. Point to note: request that auto renewal be cancelled so that you can compare quotes before renewal. Personally, I find auto renewal sharp practise. Could cost you dearly.”
