“A quote was sent to us two to three weeks before the insurance ran out and it so easy to renew or cancel. But I renewed with such a competitive rate couldn't pass it by.”

“This is my 3rd year with Budget and I have been happy. They priced matched a cheaper quote I got this year and the lady I dealt with was very helpful. I have never claimed so can’t comment on this. Very happy and love the texts when my payment is going out”

“Easy to renew and at a good price; I called to make a slight change and was dealt with very quickly. Thankfully I've never had to claim so cannot talk about that aspect.”

“Customer service was excellent, the person I spoke to was extremely patient and helpful . I requested a paper copy of my insurance details as I'm not great with technology and it wasn't a problem and arrived quickly .”
