“No over the top excruciating multiple answer questions Always polite and very helpful call centre staff Always treated like a person not a commodity or reference number 5 stars plus from me”

“We had one claim within a few ,months of being with them and settled as we requested. They have rewarded us prior to each renewal for being a loyal customer and any premium increas has been minimal.”

“Budget has dealt with my claim extremely efficiently and painlessly. I have had problems with the company carrying out the repairs but this is nothing to do with Budget. I have been very impressed with the procedures used to process my claim.”
