“Great to see the report weekly, you can track where improvements can be made”

“I was very much in two minds to have this insurance or the device fitted to my car, however I believe it's probably the best decision I could have possibly made! Not only am I a safe driver, it make you aware of the roads more, and the safety of other people. I also love the fact you can have an app on your phone to see how we'll your driving, and tips on how to improve your driving next time you're on the road to get more money back. The app also includes a "find my car" so not only if you've forgotten where you parked but your car is stolen, chances are you will alway know where it is !! I think this insurance group is fantastic, and very much worth the money :) I could 100% recommend Carrot !!!”

“I insured with carrot at the beginning of January and so far I am loving it! I've had no issues and see why people are leaving good reviews. I like how it encourages me to improve my driving and being able to check my score after each journey is getting quite addictive! Seeing I am improving is a great confidence booster. Had a few issues with the app, the find my car tool in particular but this has not impacted on my opinion of Carrot.”

“Carrot was actually the cheapest insurer I got quoted which is why I went with them (I am 18). The app and website are very good and let you see info on your past 20 drives so you know where you need to improve. I have had to ring them a couple of times (changes to policy etc.) and every time they have been extremely helpful. Its a great policy as your insurance price can only effectively go down and not up so unlike with other insurers you are not at a risk of an increased premium. I'd really recommend Carrot and believe that they are quickly increasing in popularity as my friend who recently passed his test also took out insurance with carrot.”

“Cheapest quote i could find but disapppointed that the ibox judges me on smoothness etc the roads i drive on are full of potholes an this shouldnt affect my score . Speed limits when you are being bullied by other drivers for driving at 30 wrong my score goes down ! Buying extra miles is wrong we pay enough for insurance then have to pay £500 for extra miles !”

“Money rewards are a great idea and I love the app! However considering I live somewhere surrounded with speed bumps it lowers my score which I find unfair as there is obviously nothing I can do about it... Also carrot makes a big statement about how there is no curfew at night however if you're driving past 11 at night a significant amount of money is taken I lost 20 pounds in one night !! This in essence is a curfew as I now wont drive my car past 11”

“As a first time driver I compared the market and carrot came up the cheapest to have my car insurance with. I haven't had any issues with carrot and I appreciate the reviews they give me on my driving to help me improve. I have just had an email informing me my first quartley rewards are due and the only criticism I have is that carrot could explain more about how it works and how to claim the rewards. Overall good service.”
