“App was not operating and causing issue with log in functionality. Which led to not recording the miles. This, no rewards. Neil who answered the call was really helpful. But unfortunately we had technical difficulties and he had to get the technician involved. So I will be waiting for their email. But overall Neil made it an easy experience.”

“Every thing After buying this policy and getting the I box fitted the box installer left my car door open when it was raining my seat was wet the door panel was to the electric window at driver side is now broken because the I box installer let the rain in and wet all the electrics. Then I thought I better upgrade my miles they ripped the buggers out of it put my monthly payment from 145 to 289 for top up miles ho boy then there is the points system as many have stated I drive very nice slow etc still get a rubbish score not acceptable so I decided to investigate and drive like not so good to see and I also performed a hand brake turn at yard and to my surprise the score agent up for driving like a fug this is not acceptable insurance company at all still awaiting my rewards card . Hi I can't wait till the year is up. 289 a month man I could run a Bentley for that instead of a Clio good lord carrot making to much hard carrots from us”

“Told my 19 year first time driver he had been speeding via the black box. No problem with that although he has been very careful and trying to keep his black box numbers in the green. I asked for evidence, maybe GPS co-ordinates linked to a time and date but was sent a screenshot of the road with no reference to his car, so completely useless. They gave us 1 weeks notice of their cancellation which forced us to cancel them first thus incurring their £150.00 cancellation fee. So we have paid nearly £700.00 for 4 months cover. They have skilfully released themselves of any further liabity, great short term business if you can get it. Save yourself time, money and hassle by looking elsewhere.”

“I will never recommend carrot insurance, dreadful unhelpful money grabbing company. I have been trying to communicate with them about my daughters policy as she is out of the country, they would not allow me to speak with them but they did allow me to pay them no problem, the minute I said that I would pay something they allowed me to engage with them about my daughter’s policy Home mercenary is that!!!! Keep away from carrot insurance is my advice.”
