“In July 2021, I was involved in a very minor road accident with another motorist. I contacted my insurance company, Churchill, and despite providing photographs and a written statement, it seems they were quite happy to accept the dishonest and extortionate claim from the third party and then refuse to complete promised telephone calls to myself. It seems to be easier to load the premiums of future insurers than investigate matters properly, but not me as I have now gone elsewhere. NOT RECOMMENDED until Churchill actually provide a proper level of Customer Service.”

“I have insurance with Churchill on my mini.We have 4 cars,I deal with insurance for all 4.Tried today to insure another car with Churchill.All well till tried to pay.Unbelievably,can’t use my email address for more than one policy with Churchill.Only email address I have,not interested in creating another one,so can’t insure any more of our cars with them!!!!so instead of insuring future card with Churchill,now with Saga.Crazy”

“It's a good company but the price It's over the charts how can u ask for 210£ insurance when i have now 79£ frkm other provider. It's insulting the amount they are asking. Other companies can offer the same services for at least 50% less money”

“Cought loss adjuster sedwicks taking back handers and covering up evidence Looking for people who have been misled and churchil terminating policies or people how have been lied too by churchill must be genuine my contact number is 07884007502 churchil say they don't record calls I will pay for all court fees thanks in advance ty”

“Quick & easy change over from my previous insurer. Have not made any claim this year or from any insurer in the last 10 years or more. With the £250-00 cover from go compare did however help in my decision.”

“"A Nightmare".. wouldn't sum this up adequately... as I am now claiming for a non fault incident, this company is a complete debacle... forget the nodding dog you see in the adverts... This company is about as customer focused as Wuhan wet market... and looks like they've been boosting their own reviews on here "Anonymous" is certainly a very satisfied group of customers indeed Reporting to the F.C.A. now after a "representative of Churchill" has now proven to be working for "UK ASSISTANCE"... be very wary of this "Company" ... and would suggest recording your own calls for training and monitoring purposes... oh and don't wait for the legal team to call you if you've been injured in your accident... that call NEVER COMES... #shambles”

“Be very careful if giving your payment details to this company. I was charged for a policy i do not have. They claimed automatic renewal was active (they have reactivated this illegally without my consent). It was deactivated long ago and a fairer priced policy was purchased elsewhere. I know that they have done this illegally because new policy details were never sent to me. BEWARE!”

“I was extremely impressed with knowledge of the person who organised my insurance. I had suffered a hit and run accident just as lockdown started. This had taken a long time to settle due to COVID. I was awaiting the return of my NCB so until this had settled my insurance premium was higher than normal. I paid this and when final settlement had been completed a few weeks later I then received the refund promised.”

“Sadly for ' Go Compare ' Churchill outperform you on every single issue I'll be happy to provide you with inside information - however, the service isn't free. Simply agree to insure one of our vehicles for one year.”

“Purchasing car insurance was very straight forward and very competitively priced. Agent was very helpful and informative . I have also changed vehicle midway through the policy and again everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently so cannot fault Churchill in their handling of my purchase.”
