“recovery claims where slow and very rude employes on the other end of phone,and unless you kept on at them you got nothing from them, took me nearly 7months and countless phone calls to get my £200 excess back from them, very poor customer service, will not be renewing policy with them”

“Easy to use, only problem I had was that I couldn't print the documents as my printer was broken, telephoned and explained this to the lady on the phone who was very helpful and arranged to have the documents sent to me by post. All in all a very good experience and I would recommend Churchill.”

“I went online to "Go Compare" and was given a list of quotes from different insurance companies I then phoned Churchill about the difference in their quote and the lowest on the list from "Go Compare", the Churchill advisor replied "We will match any online quote" I was happy with the way Churchill operate so renewed my policy.”
