“Had a good experience with churchill & were reasonsbly priced & included a nice toy into the bargain though had a bit trouble getting that sorted out at 1st but overall no complaints & might even renew for next year”

“Don't get home insurance with them they won't pay out , even though storm barney damaged my roof they said it was my fault, never dealing with these legal scammers again , want your money but make every excuse under the sun not to pay out , rubbish service ????????????????????”

“I refer to a claim made in May on car insurance. The company that carried out the repair was difficult and did not fulfill promises made. They were miles away, and kept turning up at my house when I informed them I was at work. They used a lot of my petrol which they said they would replace - that never happened. The claim still has not been finalised, despite many calls made to Churchill. I get the same promise of being kept informed, that the case will now be regularly checked. I am still waiting. Very disappointed with the service from Churchill. Would not recommend them based on my experience.”

“High quality experience. The only issue I had was with uploading scans of proof of no claims but this was resolved by emailing. Otherwise 10 out of 10.”

“Churchill is one of the worse car insurance company in uk. They will try to charge costumers extra for nothing . Charging costumers for cancelations or changing cars, for every thing. On renewing by adding a NCB to your policy should normally reduce your policy price down but churchill insurance will do they opposite which is charging extra”

“overall Churchill were very efficient , but, I was very disappointed when I was blamed in total for the mishap, when it was clear that the other vehicle was driving too fast in the slip road.”
