clements UK department has mislead me into a “required payment” by withholding information after i simply ENQUIRED whether a change in address and employment would relate to my insurance renewal (Yes I was naive to think about continuing…)more ABSURD,my current insurance was quoted to me online as approx £4,200, however i have been charged £4,500+ (broker admin fee was 50, legal service for £20+,but why it’s £4,500+?)
i’ve submitted a formal complaint and will be going with a different car insurance company going forward.”

“The journey of 1 year car insurance with clements has been very much painful and harassing for me and my husband. There have been incidents where they send irrelevant mails saying that the documents are incomplete and therefore the insurance will be cancelled (inspite of them acknowledging earlier that all documents are complete) or a mail saying the term was finished prematurely so the no claim bonus certificate will not be issued (inspite of terminating the contract according to the mentioned date) .”
“I literally broken into pieces. My car insurance started on October month onwards paid 225pounds , I paid 119 pounds on November 24 and again I received mail to pay on dec7th without my notice Mr Nathan arranged for credit agreement closebrother finances. They sent mail that I didn't pay on dec07th. My car insurance processing done by Mr Nathan after I sent many mail unfortunately no response from Nathan. Today I received notice that if I won't pay with charges 235+30 they will cancel my car insurance. I got mail from Uk amendment that no need to pay on Dec 7th they spoken to close brother but still I received many mail n notice from close brother finances.
Without informing even single word about credit agreement to the customer after all processing asking to pay credit how come it's possible that's not fair. Mr. Nathan was so hurry to do my car processing and finally trapped in credit agreement without my notice am sorry to express honestly.
Now, they are saying they will end up my car insurance and am not eligible with any other companies too

“Terrible service I do not recommend this company. I was sold my insurance policy by Raj and then dealt with Danielle and her line manager Rolfy Elivio. Rolfy was particularly rude in emails, leaving me waiting (for long periods of time to queries regarding my claim), I am also sent rude responses saying I have been communicated to when it wasn't true (I mean its all via email so it's very easy to unearth a lie!). It was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR EXPAT INSURANCE TO ANYONE.”

They required some documents. I sent it as a reply to their request without noticing that I had to send it to another link. Rather than pointing it out, they sent me a mail saying , my policy is cancelled. I was trying to call them for four hours. No body picked up the phone. Next day one lady called me and said they are small company with limited staff, so they could not answer the call after 5pm. They agreed to refund but deducted 300 pounds for just 2 week cover. Very poor service and irresponsible company. I will never recommend it to anyone.”
“these are simply thieves, they confirmed to me that everything was fine and I paid, then at 4:50 pm on the fourteenth day they sent me emails that my policy was canceled at 5 pm, and I was left without insurance while I was traveling, for reactivate it they asked me for other documents, I prepared them but then again they said that it had been canceled and therefore not recoverable, and the refund was much less than what I paid .... a shame, absolutely avoid this company if you want to be calm and safe”

“The worst insurance company. They took all the details from me and two agents contacted me with different price. I gave my no claim bonus letter from previous insurance, my job contract letter. Since my contract ending in 3 months and give my other job offer letter and details to prove that I will be in full time job for the full year. One agent give me a price and another agent gave me a lesser price. They literally took my 4 hours of time and finally both agents got clashed and they dint replay me back with the insurance. What a worst customer serve. A bunch of irresponsible idiots. Please guys never ever choose this. They will show you lower price and they will ask you details and will say this not valid this not ans gradually increase the premium. Please never opt then... worst of worst”
“I have been waiting on a claim status for months and also a renewal quote. I will not renew if they cannot provide a response to a simple claim. I thought COVID impacted staffing but these reviews confirm poor service prior to COVID.
Any suggestions for other insurance companies for transporting personal effects overseas?”
