You started off fine but soon trebled your prices. I expect increases especially for my older cat BUT to charge the ridiculous price for a cat under 2 was unacceptable. Even the renewal quote for my older cat was unbelievable. You priced me out of hi your insurance. So I went elsewhere.

Computer quote have been a great service however I would like to state that I am disappointed with the service from Allianz re a courtesy car. I am currently mid claim, my accident occurred on 15.1.16 @ 1330. I was told that I wasn't entitled to a courtesy car until 18.1.16 as my accident occurred after 12pm on a Friday . I feel this is not a fair policy when people pay premiums and buy policies on the provision they get a courtesy car, should I schedule an 'accident' to comply with this policy?

I would like to have my insurance details sent to me in paper form, so that I can a: Check that my details are correct B: Keep a record of my policy. I prefer to keep a paper copy, many thanks.

Being penalised for not sending in paperwork is rediculous. Your either an online company or your not proof of NCD and DD Instructions are all centrally automated if not this should be made clear not hidden in T&C's. Very underhand and very dissapointed. Kate

I recently had a water leak (underground) at our property so I called Computerquote for advice. They told me to ring Covea (the Insurers) which I did and they told me I should ring Computerquote !!!!, which I did again, they then said I should ring Covea again. To be honest I gave up, no-one wanted to help or show any responsibility at all. The combination of Computerquote and Covea was TERRIBLE, so avoid if you can. Although, I have just been sent my renewal 'papers' from Computerquote and their Insurers this time is Ageas......who knows if this will be an improvement but I will be going elsewhere. As regards my water leak, I had to get a company in to sort it all.

Dear Customer, we are very sorry about the delays you experienced with this claim. Your claim was added to our system on 8/7/16 and was caught in the delays we are experiencing with our Assessment Team. It was escalated on 8/8/16 and it was assessed the next day. I would like to thank you'll for the opportunity to give my review. I have had a nightmare experience for being your customer. My no claim discount certificate was provided to you when I took up icar insurance with your selves but I was shocked that you claimed that you have not received the said document after 1 year of me being your customer. and my renewal quote was erroneously stated and I had to send a copy of my previous years no claims discount to prove it. and I thought it was a one time error from you'll and still went ahead with taking up a further year insurance with you'll but still you asked me to send no claim discount certificate inspite of my being your customer for the previous year. and only after I had to spend lot of my time and effort it was sorted and I still was told that I cannot get my previous years erroneous no claim discount years amended .

I am getting very worried about an outstanding claim. I received notification that the only claim I have ever put in was received on 07/01/16, I telephoned on 18/01/16 for an update and was told my claim would probably take a further 2 weeks as they'd only got to processing claims to 22/12/15. I expected a 10 working day turnaround. As mentioned, very worried that my claim is not going to paid out

Cold hearted money grabbing insurance provider even when our pet had passed away they said we owed them £6:00!! Yes £6:00!! Shameful.

I missed to send the direct debit form in time and no reminder was sent to me. Computer Quote just fined me on that. Poor service.

They had the best lifetime policy available when my dog was a pup. 7 years on, my dog gets cancer, they want £200 a month to insure him the next year. Your lifetime policy is garbage, when you need what you’ve paid into for 7 years, you claw it back. Bad business, they think they have you over a barrel when you claim the very thing you chose them for

I put in a claim for £66 for a visit to the vets. This was for soft tissue damage to my dogs back. The claim was submitted by e mail on the 8/10/2017. I received an e mail on the 24/10/2017 saying they had received the claim and would process. On the 29/10/2017 I received another me mail requesting my dogs previous vets records to be supplied within 7 days or the claim would be cancelled. As the dog is a rescue dog I do not have the information required and e mailed back on the 31/10/2017 stating he was a rescue and I did not have the previous vets information. As nothing happened I called them on the 08/11/2017 asking the status of the claim. The answer that they were waiting for a response about his previous vets name and location, all be it the address I replied to stated that all replies would be dealt with within 2 days. I gave them the name of the rescue centre, and was told by rescue center that they had been in touch and had been given the previous vets name and address. I phoned again on the 10/11/2017 to see how the claim was progressing and was informed that they were still waiting for the information about the previous vet. The claim is for £11 which clearly they are having difficulty paying and are just delaying as long as possible. My advice to anyone considering this taking out pet insurance give this outfit a wide berth, they are not worth getting involved with.

Took out the policy and unfortunately my spaniel got an expensive ear infection and they refused to pay out for the sake of a few days when apparently there is a 14 day exclusion period from claims - for which I couldn't see or refer to in any paperwork or documents sent - poor poor customer satisfaction and wish I would of took a policy out somewhere else more reliable !

Dear Mr Jones Like many other insurers (such as Tesco and Direct Line) we impose a standard exclusion period for claims in the first 14 days of a new pet insurance policy, to protect from fraud. I'm sorry that you were not aware of the 14 day exclusion period, which is made clear both within our policy wording documents and on our website. 5 houses in our close lost roof tiles in a particularly bad storm. Our neighbours houses are all in the same condition as ours, and one of them even lost a tile from a new part of their extension. To clarify all mortar was intact until the storm hit. Our insurers were the only ones saying that they won't accept our claim. Very poor service indeed and can't even cancel our insurance with them due to having to pay for the rest of the year, as apparently even if your claim is rejected, they class it as a claim. Feel like we are trapped in a company with unjust reasons to reject your claim. All insurers should work to the same principles. We have written to the financial ombudsman and are awaiting a response as we haven't had any response to our emails from this company.

Terrible company !!! got hit by a drunk driver when my car was stationary the drunk driver who then got out the car and ran away then said his car was stolen. police have not helped the said that cant prove anything. So no one can help me I am 6 month down the line no further on with my claim I have lost my job because I have no car and I have a 1 year old daughter to clothe and feed and I am still paying for my policy witch I have no car for. Surly this is not right I feel I am paying a lot of money per month £105 in fact for a service I have not received .
