“Excellent pet insurance. I have a really good experience. I have my cat with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy and goes every 6 months to the vets for scans, they paid always in time! Recommend! I have registered recently my other cats as well, very good service, excellent customer care!”

“Couple of years ago prices started to rise and rang up to complain and they came back with the revised quote that was more acceptable. Now give good prices and have problems finding anything less expensive. Luckly not needed to claim for a while so cant comment on the that aspect.”

“My dog was treated by my vet. and vets don't come cheap but my claim for the expense was met with no problems promptly and I am very pleased with the caring attitude of the staff who dealt with my claim”

“Really impressed with computerquote. I took out a pet insurance policy at the beginning of the year and it was really straightforward, great cover at a brilliant price. Unfortunately, I have had to make a claim on the policy but the process was so straightforward, really impressed. The customer service is amazing, so friendly and helpful and I would recommend this company to everyone! Five Stars!”

“We were kept informed by e-mail with the progress of our claim and it was settled within a reasonable time for the amount we expected. This was our second claim and were satisfied with the service both times.”

“Molly has developed more problems as she has got older (overactive thyroid, kidney problems, cystitis), and all claims I have submitted have been paid promptly and without question. I am kept up to date of progress, and money is paid directly into my account. I would happily recommend to anyone.”

“Thank you so very much for sorting my claim out... A very nice lady phoned me yesterday and informed me my money will be in my account within 10 days. Molly, again thanks I can't believe you have asked me to write a review I have phoned and e-mailed, beinging of May I sent in a claim, and I am still awaiting it. I have paid two payments since making the claim, they were out of my bank quick enough. I had my payment put up over twice the amount last year, I have since located a cheaper supply of my Dog's (Bart) medication - not that you know that as yet, mind I did tell the women I spoke to on the phone early this month. I do hope this review does make a difference, and that I get my claim through as soon as possible........ All I get told is they are very busy, well thats good as least you have lots of work there for people. And I KNOW as a company you don't lose out, because you put your money up to cover all aspects... Please help me and my claim. Many thanks Mrs Molly Smallman ref no. CPU 33377907, Bart”

“Quick thorough and very satisfactory. Been with insurance for several years. Fortunately only claimed once. Papers were very straight forward and easy to understand. Claim was processed very quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend. Insure both cat and dog with company.”
