“The insurance with Dial Direct was very easy to set up, and was half the cost of my previous insurance. The staff were also very helpful.”

“I had initial problems with registering & getting documents from Dial Direct, but via a couple of t/calls this was sorted out relatively easily. I expect some of this related to me being a new customer. I have used the Dial Direct breakdown service twice (RAC) & was happy with their assistance & advice.”

“They were very reasonable until i dared to move house .Then they charged me £40 for basically changing the adress on a computer because that was all they changed .Then sent me a letter to say it was because i missed a payment which was nonsense and that was why i had to pay .Untrue needless too say i will be looking again when the year is up.”
