Terrible Service, via a claim and trying to cancel, charged me administration fee as they call it after 5 days of renewer , due to my busy lifestyle did not have time to cancel in time but even after a loyal 4 years they still couldnt find the decency to give it back. Stay Away

Currently undergoing a claim, not heard a bean from them since we contacted them about it a week ago, don't know if they've seen our car yet, or if they've moved it for inspection purposes so we're not even sure where our car is. Doubt we'll be renewing with them

Shockingly awful and inadequate response to a simple claim on a lost mobile phone. Now into 3rd week since claim first registered, and no result in sight. Never less than 15 minute wait via electronic switchboard to claims handlers. Paid excess over a week ago - handed over to their delivery service BeValued due to send replacement handset. They text me saying they will deliver 3 days ago. Then postpone. And now - having waited for 20 mins to get through to BeValued - I am handed back to Endsleigh as the claim is 'under review'. This from the company who announces they 'make insurance easy'. Woeful.

So I bought a new car over Christmas, got a good deal from a new insurer and called Endsleigh yesterday to cancel my previous policy. Well they charged me £75 just to cancel and blamed ME for not letting them quote on a new vehicle (despite comparison websites putting them much more expensive than others). I can understand if I just wanted to switch but I having bought a new car I consider it extortion to keep business rather than allowing customers to make an informed decision. I will never deal with Endsleigh again nor recommend them to anyone I know.

I have very little to add. Endsleigh as an insurance company were efficient, clear about their requirements, unambiguous and supportive. I did not need to make any claim during the year but have felt secure that Endsleigh were behind me.

I have been with them for 2 years, the last year was by mistake as i forgot to cancel my renewed policy. This year I've managed to find a cheaper policy, however trying to contact C/services with Endsleigh to cancel my present policy them is a nightmare. waited 20 minutes on the phone today, eventually hanged up, they advise you to use the chat link. Chat link is not working, so I'm going to try again on Monday, I do not advise anyone to take out any kind of policy with this company. Useless.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Endsleigh! I had to cancel my policy because they could,nt insure when I changed vehicle. Pleae please please AVOID!

The worse company ever I've had a car insurance with them. I paid nearly 4K for the insurance as I was 17 and few months later I've had a car crash which was the other drivers fault (driver admit to it) when I informed endsleigh about the accident a week later I've received a letter from them saying I need to pay £280 more as apparently I've been using my car to go school/college and also been using it to work daily so I phoned up and spoke to the customer service and I said I don't go school and I can't use my car to go college so that's invalid excuse to rob me for my money (the college was 2 mins away from my house) and I don't have a job so they said apparently that's what I've mentioned to the insurance company when I was informing them about the accident I said no i was on my way back from shopping and advised them to listen to the recorded calls conversation.. Anyways they were harassing me for couple of months and asking me to pay that amount or else they'll take me to court but at that time they took my car away to see if it was repairable but it got declared as a written off.. But because the damage was small on the car and the car was in good condition so I decided to take my car back but when I got my car back it was all scratched (all the doors) and a massive dent on the passenger rear door and the rear bumper and number plate was missing so I phoned them and told them then they sent me a letter and dined everything but when i spoke to them again then they admitted it and mentioned it was there agent fault and offered me £65 to get it repaired and the damage was costing me £1350, and when I reported to them that they damaged my car after that I didn't received any letter to pay that £280.. AVOID THIS INSURANCE COMPANY.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ASWELL

Overall fantastic prices however very restricted as to changing vechiles, was very disappointed to hear some cars cannot be insured under my policy. Would only recommend for 17 year olds struggling to find insurance, if that is the target audience then it is worth it.
