“They made a mistake when I was wrongly assessed as speeding. The data was put right and I had a small refund. Hopefully the data will will correct this year.”

“I would definitely recommend smart miles. Great way to get cheaper insurance and motivates new drivers to drive responsibly. I had no problems with the black box although I didn't like the curfew times. I thought having to be parked up at around half 10 was a bit unreasonable, other than that you can't fault them.”

“currently on my second year with SmartMiles! they offered to renew my insurance at a great price, more than 50% discount from the first year! my box is accurate not had any problems at all! I would highly recommend if you are a first/new driver. Only down side is the 10pm curfew. if you are someone who works shifts or is socialable, it might not work for you! but if you find a reasonable price and speak with them direct they may be able to come up with some kind of agreement on curfew times etc..... fortunately for me it isn?t really an issue, as I rarely drive after 10 anyway. other than that, I?ve been a happy customer!”

“After a year and a final drivers rating of 93, my annual premium has gone from ?1,200 to ?560, and I now only pay ?58 per month compared to the ?110 I was paying last year. As it?s only the second year I?ve held my license, this is a considerably low monthly payment for car insurance. I found the driving app really helpful, it picked up on my harsh braking initially and more score in this area became quite low, however as time went on and I no longer had this problem (just took time to get used to the brakes!), the score then went back to 100. I also had someone drive into the back of me in April and everything was handled very smoothly with minimal stress to myself. The only downside has been the 10pm curfew. Definitely recommend for first time drivers.”

“1) They are good in service, commitment, as they fitted device in my car as per the schedule fixed and gave me due discount while renewing my insurance after one year. 2) Recording wise bit problem as due to their timings (no drive from 2200-0500) I strictly followed at the cost of my comfort after getting free from work at 0430 waited till 0500 and coming back home from friends and parties before 2200 but my rating did not improve from given 80 despite my repeated calls. Moreover my ratings for speed and acceleration should have been improved due to my careful driving but they remained 91 and 90 without any explanation. 3) Overall I am happy.”
