“I haven't had an accident to see how that process goes. Otherwise, for the first time in my motoring career I didn't have to change insurers because the renewal quote was expensive.”

“took a while to get through your telephone system, but contact was amiable and knowledgeable, so with a black box rating of 80% -as I was told, I renewed at a slightly lower premium”

“The policy is good but my only negative is that I have renewed my policy but the information on the black box is not reset. I will be starting the new policy at a disadvantage. I have been told how to improve my "score" but nothing felt like it worked”

“I thought that the cost to renew my car insurance was amazing, however at the beginning of the year, the terms could have been explained better as I got two warnings for driving at night but no one ever explained that it went off a percentage until I spoke to one girl who explained it perfectly”

“I would recommend them, I think they?re app and website are very useful we keep on track of my score and earn a discount. In addition, I think it?s very useful how the app record my journey miles and miles for the year, in case I need to top them up.”
