“Saved a lot. Breaking score is really sensitive though.”

“The customer service is fine but the app could use some work. It constantly logs you out when switching pages and doesnt give you information about where your driving is bad; is just gives you a number out of 100 for things like breaking and accelerating.”

“The customer service was very good, any time I had any questions I would phone straight through without a wait and my question would be answered straight away, the only issue is I feel the black box score doesn't update frequently enough and maybe not too accurate.”
