“I have been with Hasting Smart Miles for 3 years now and I do love their reduced premiums when I have been driving good. Unfortunately, I have never been notified that for an extra ?35 I can protect my No Claims Bonus- which I would have done! The customer service agent stated it could not be added on after renewal, I only renewed 2 and a half weeks ago? I do not see why this cannot be added on at any time..”

“Would recommend. Done everything that was needed the only thing is I got phones saying I had been in a crash when I haven't and my car was fine therefore I think the black box is too sensitive at times. But once you explain it's ok”

“I have found the service to be very useful for younger drivers like myself. After a year of driving, my insurance price dropped by half because of my driving score which I was very pleased with. However, the scores soon drop if you do something wrong.”
