“The smart miles box is a good tool to keep up to date with how good my driving is. Also like that an email came through to notify me as to how much renewal would be and when. Possibly the box could do more in terms of telling me how economical my driving is etc.”

“At first I did regret getting a black box and heard rumours that if you drove at night they would cancel and various other things. To be honest I've had no problems at all. The first year my insurance was ?1250 and the second year was ?550 I couldn't be happier. I don't know how the braking works though, I am in 10 out of 100 and I live in Bradford where everyone pulls out on you. Maybe if they looked at where you live that would be good.”
