“I made quite a saving this year as my driver rating was quite good...however I hated having the box on and having points deducted when I had to be out after 10pm as I am clearly not a young driver....... It was explained to me that this would not be a problem in the second year so decided to renew...”

“I liked being able to track my journeys and travel times as well as the safety of knowing that if my car was stolen there was a tracker in the car and that if I was in a severe accident it would automatically call an ambulance to my location. Another thing I really liked was when someone went into the back of my car it was automatically reported and I got a call the next day regarding it and if I wanted to continue with a claim against the other driver. I did and everything was handled for me and I even got a great courtesy car. The only issue I did have was that the score system of my driving seemed to be really low on my accelerating and I have driven with many people and I have asked them if I accelerate too quickly and I haven't had a complaint. One of my friends is also with Hastings and he has the same issue. Luckily as the rest of my score were great it didn't affect my discount when I renewed. This was my first year of insurance and was much cheaper then anywhere else and when it came to renewing my price then dropped by 65% which is massive and I was really pleased. Overall great insurance and couldn't really ask for much better.”

“The service was good, the box itself is easy to fit and came with clear to follow directions. The limits to drive in were also good. However, the driving at night time severely limits you as one drive past 9 because ingsnyoyr score really up and can take weeks to go back down. I did not continue with this service because there was no reward from driving within the limits for a year, my insurance went up rather than down.”

“I thought that the cost to renew my car insurance was amazing, however at the beginning of the year, the terms could have been explained better as I got two warnings for driving at night but no one ever explained that it went off a percentage until I spoke to one girl who explained it perfectly”

“Good service and didn't overcharge on my next premium like other insurers have for an accident that I didn't even claim and wasn't my fault First year cost 1100 which is average and this halbed to 550 second year. Only complaint is the curfew, this shouldn't exist”
