“no hiccups or problems after a year, the only thing i would say is that the black box is ridiculous, one slip up thats it and your driving score will go down. However, no matter how good you drive or no matter how long you do it for the score never seems to redeem itself! this needs sorting and its not like it isnt noticeable...”

The scoring system can be frustrating at times but we do offer help and support through our First Response Unit if you ever feel you need assistance. “phoning customer service was great! I didn't have to sit on hold at all and the process was simple, as the man on the phone knew exactly what he was doing. The only criticism is that it was a little hard to understand him at times, as he spoke a little too fast and there was a lot of background noise on his end, but it wasn't too much of an issue.”

“This was a renewal with a black box. I received the renewal quote which was a good price however there was no explanation of how the data from the box influenced the price or suggestions of areas to improve that may influence the quote further. This was most disappointing.”

“Customer service is great , although when phoning in the automated response is a little too fast and I found some staff spoke a tad too fast even when i asked for them to slow down. Great service but it does come across as rushed. The mobile app isn't great either. had a few problems already it will give me no data sometimes and say not activated even though it is???”
