“The service was excellent . Last year it was very easy to add my granddaughters to the insurance for part of the year and i know i will be able to do it again this year. It was very nice to speak to someone who knew exactly what i was asking.”

“While quite expensive at first - this ring because I?m a young driver - I found Hasting SmartMiles to be very good. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I?ve rang or had a problem, the price went down very fast, even more with the discount thanks to the black box. I had no problems with this company and would recommend to any young driver.”

“I?ve had no problems using smart miles. I had a rating of 84 after my first year which I think personally is fair. I got a massive discount at renewal that was far cheaper than all other quotes I checked by several hundred pounds. This insurance is not for you if you want to drive between 10pm and 5am. I never do so it?s perfect.”

“Never had a problem with Hastings direct the scores were fair and app easy to yous! Customer service was brillant! Only reason for changing over was renewal price was to high compared to what I was offered else where would recommend”
