Absolute bad company not willing to help keep you updated after an accident which wasn't my fault took 2 months to supply me with a courtesy car definitely will not be going with them again!!

Absolutely disgusting!! Was with Tesco bank box before, had a box re-activated with this company and it completely blew my battery... £150! Phone these up and they speak to me like crap!! Keeping me on hold, never want to go with this company again! Save your money!

Absolutely shocking experience with this insurer. Had a car accident where the third party accepted full liability after driving into the side of me. I was told I would have a courtesy car sorted. After a week of waiting with still no courtesy car, I was told that it was my responsibility to sort one out with a third-party! They do absolutely nothing to help you after you have a car accident. No phone updates, no e-mails, no nothing. And if you ring them up to enquire about something, you are met with holding times of up to 20 minutes and a person at the other end of the phone telling you that it's not their job to do anything for you. I will not be insuring with this company again and will be cancelling my policy after I receive my car back from the garage.

Honestly, this is one of the WORST insurance companies i have ever come across. before taking out this policy for my partner i should of read the reviews and maybe i would not of wasted so much time and money! my partner has been crashed in to twice whilst being insured with this company and both times they have not sorted it out, the customer service over the phone is TERRIBLE! You can never seem to get the right answer or they just tell you what you want to hear but never actually go through with what they are meant to do. As well as that you sit on the phone for about 45-60 mins before you even get through to someone , majority of people work and dont have that kind of time to be waiting!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Set of divs I sold my car and cancled my policy they then took money from my bank for two months after cancelled then tride sending me to a debt clection stating I ow them over 700 pound for exceeding my miles after I cancelled I sent them proof of sale like they asked but when I did it essential good enough good look getting a penny I've no instructed my Solisitor to take level proceedings against them avoid at all costs

These rip off merchants have ruined my driving experience they are constantly threatening to cancel my policy because of my reoccurring "speeding" on some 20 mph roads it is not safe to drive under the speed limit as you get tailgated and overtaken very dangerously. The fastest I go is 2-5 mph faster than the speed limit yet these uneducated people are threatening to cancel my policy. I now have no option but to cancel the policy myself otherwise I will not be able to get insured at a reasonable price with any other insurer. Hiding behind the law using your policies to exploit people and rinse their wallets isn't right. My friends are with Tesco bank box insurance and they have had no problems at all at times when they need to exceed the speed limit by 5-10 mph to maintain safe driving they have not been threatened to get their policies cancelled. You have my word if my policy gets cancelled I will take this to Court and you better have a good legal team.

They insure you for a few months then tell you your no longer covered and make you pay fees for box and other stuff. Avoid this company.

Awful customer service the company speak to you lie your something they have stepped in. They have such a poor attitude when it comes to resovling a customer issue and are the only company I have ever known to not be able to put me through to their manager to sort out my issue. Leaving the company early as I do. It feel like giving them a years jnsurance money. Absolutely disgusted . Go elsewhere and pay a little more money this company isn't worth it !!!!

Disgusting service and attitude to there customers. The top up system crippled me and was not correctly described to me so i went from a £2500 policy to a £4500, don't bother using them, unless you like being spoken to like a piece of sh*t.

If they had 0 on the rating I would put 0.....They made me miss 2 days of work for them to install the black box ,then they telling my wheels are too big and not standard ....and my grill is black...how is that going to affect my driving...

Absolutely useless! Avoid at all cost! Went with this insurance as they was the cheapest (just passed my test) and had no problems with them till the day a lady reversed into the side of my car (then blamed me and said it was my fault) so I rang the insurance to let them know what happened, I didn't make a claim as there wasn't much damage and to be honest, I really couldn't be bothered with all the hassle. The next day I had an email from them the next day which wasn't written very well and I couldn't understand it at all! I wanted to the ring them back to find out what the email meant and what will happen as the lady is trying to claim off my insurance for hitting me.. but the calls to this company costs 55p a minute! absolutely disgusting! So I emailed them instead. It's been over a week and I've had not one reply and I've emailed them several times. So I'm worrying of what's going to happened I can't afford to call them as it's too expensive! At least employ staff who can be bothered to at least email back for god sake! All this company cares about is your money! nothing else. Avoid this terrible car insurance at all cost, even if you have to pay a bit more, just do it! Worst car insurance company EVER.

My partner had a crash today and got told that insure the box cancelled his insurance for no reason what so ever not a letter or an email if it wasn't for the crash no one would have known this isn't the first time it got cancelled for no reason i am absolutely fuming with the company, i advise people to go else where this company is fake a waste of money and apporling was even on hold 45 minutes people everyone go else where.

I am counting down the days until my policy with Insure The Box expires. I can it wait to join a more helpful and more professional insurance company. I highly regret giving this company my money, would have much rather paid extra and gone with a better insurance company. 1 star is all too much. I had an accident and tried to get hold of Insure the box but I was on hold so long my phone battery died! After a good few attempts and a lot more patience I finally got to speak to a human being, not that I could understand what they were saying. My car was also vandalised and yet again could not get hold of Insure the box for love nor money! I even emailed customer service and didn't even get a reply! The problem still hasn't been resolved but I simply cannot listen to that **** music on hold for hours, will pay out of my own pocket. Very dissatisfied.
