“The customer service I received from Chloe Wiley today was brilliant she was helpful got back to me within the time she said she would, and went out of her way to help me on another site so that I could extend my NCD time as she was unable to access my NCD in time.”

“Aime Gilbert from customer service was amazing, her professionalism was second to none. I had a few issues setting my credit up for insurance and after being passed from pillar to post, I was in touch with Aime, who managed and helped me with everything! She made sure everything was sorted, always contacted me with updates and instructions. Always kept in touch returning my calls and emails even when she must of been busy. I can’t thank her enough with what could have been a very stressful time and failing to renew my insurance on time, thanks to Aime. I’ll now be sure to keep renewing my insurance and if every company had aimes the business will grow from strength to strength! We need more aimes! Absolute legend!”
