“Ellie Sapstead was amazing and outstanding in her duties, very helpful exsplaind everything in great detail, very thorough. Answered all my questions and enquires, was easy to talk to, made sure every step of the way I understood and was clear on what she was communicating. A key exsample of customer service at it finest. Also the other two advicers that delt with my enquires where great, no hastle, no stress, we see the situation we understand, let us fix it for you! That what you want in customer service problem solving. Really superb!”

“Jodie #1 was extremely helpful with my not so straight forward enquiry of vehicle change, found the whole process easy and more importantly totally stress free, cant put into words how good the customer service was, if only all companies that I speak to on the phone were like this.. 100% !!!
