“Jodie #1 was extremely helpful with my not so straight forward enquiry of vehicle change, found the whole process easy and more importantly totally stress free, cant put into words how good the customer service was, if only all companies that I speak to on the phone were like this.. 100% !!! “Absolutely amazing customer service I received yesterday from Opeyemi as he was the able to resolve the issues I had been facing from previous phone calls I had with the insurance company and confirm that everything is now settled! He is a credit to the team and one of the best I have come across. Prompt and sorted the issues within a reasonable time compared to the others I hadn’t previously spoken to”
